Sturtevant - On Friday, State Representative Jessie Rodriguez (R-Franklin) announced her endorsement of Van Wanggaard in his bid for the 21st District State Senate seat.
“As a former outreach coordinator for Hispanics for School Choice, I know the importance of electing people who will lead the way when it comes to expanding educational opportunity for all children,” Rodriguez said. “In his last term, Van Wanggaard proved his commitment to educational choice when he was the leading advocate to expand Parental Choice to Racine.”

support with the release of their finance report on Monday. Wanggaard heads into
the August 12th primary with four times the cash advantage as his opponent, who loaned his campaign $8,300. The $47,000 raised this past reporting period brings the total raised for Wanggaard to over $124,000.

Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation Endorses Wanggaard

Sturtevant - On Monday, the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation announced its endorsement of Van Wanggaard in the 21st Senate District Republican Primary.
“Agriculture is not only the largest contributor to Wisconsin’s economy, but an important part of our state’s identity,” said Wanggaard. “I am honored to have the support of the state’s largest farming organization, and will work diligently to reduce regulations and taxes on our state’s hard working farmers.”
The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest general farming organization and represents thousands of farmers around the state and is dedicated to leading the farming and rural community through legislative representation, education, public relations, and leadership development.
Wanggaard is running for re-election to the 21st State Senate District in an August 12th Republican primary. He has been endorsed by Congressman Paul Ryan, Representative Robin Vos, Representative Samantha Kerkman, Representative Tom Weatherston, and over 60 other state and local elected officials.
